30. TBD

As you can see I didn't accomplish everything. Not even a lot of it by some people's standards. in April i started helping out at Ketzler's, the Greman restaurant here in Granbury. Some weeks I worked every day so spare time was spent decompressing from both jobs and doing essential tasks such as the dreaded laundry pile that seems to always grow back no matter how fast I defeat it. My main goal became saving for a house so when the opportunity to work at Ketzler's was literally dropped in my lap by Dad I jumped at the chance. I'm learning that life happens, our plans don't always work out, and that's OK! I'm actually "ok" with where I'm at right now. I may not be where I want but I am closer to it than I've ever been. And even though the money I had saved was used at Dosney, and on the Truck and for Christmas that's ok. I saved up just over $3000 in a matter of months and this summer we will be slammed. With the lake being up and being featured on daytrippers as well as an article next month in Texas Highways there's no way we won't be. I know I'll build it back up. I still plan on completing this list. it may not happen this year, or next but eventually it will. I feel that the main point of these is to help you grow as a person anyway, and I can say without a doubt that that was accomplished last year. I can say that even though it didn't go exactly as I wanted it to the last year was pretty awesome! I mean, we went to flipping Disney world and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. And I didn't have to go in to debt when Reba needed new tires and a new AC, I was able to pay for it all. In cash. Which before this last year NEVER would have happened. So here's to turning 30. Here's to buying a new house this year. And here's to Life happening, and THAT'S OK!
